Platinum Package
Impress your guests with this ultimate 5 hour party package! Choose either "buffet style" or
"sit-down dinner" food service and receive customized decorations to create a complete look for your event.
Upon entrance, your guests will be welcomed to the Princess Manor with a tropical drink fountain surrounded by assorted fresh fruits and a lovely selection of appetizers served by our professional staff. This elegant 5 hour package will suit all your guests' needs! During the first hour, mix and mingle with your guests as they feast on an impressive selection of gourmet food selections. Sweet 15/16
Come see how we can make the Sweet 16 party of your dreams! From impressive gourmet food selections to elegant décor, we have all of your needs covered.
Upon entrance, your guests will find an enchanting entrance area decorated with flowers, candles and colorful lighting accents. Before being escorted into the ballroom, guests will find their seating arrangements and view photos and personalized accents. Meanwhile, the Guest of Honor and her court are relaxing in our spacious private suite...getting ready to make their grand entrance.
The crowd is soon on their feet, ready to welcome the birthday girl and her court into the ballroom! After cheers and applause, our Guest of Honor is then seated in a decorative chair underneath our Bohemian Crystal Chandelier, and awaits the traditional crowning and shoe changing ceremony. After the diamante crown is placed on her head, and shoes changed from ballet slippers to high heels, we are ready for food service and party time!
Later on in the evening, we present the special occasion cake to the Guest of Honor, and await her candle dedication ceremony. She dedicates each of her 16 candles to a special person in her life, and they light the candle together. Have your cameras ready! Once all the candles are lit, a group photo is taken by the crowd to commemorate the ceremony.
For menu options, choose either the Buffet Style package or our elegant Sit-Down Dinner Package. Included in each package are gourmet food selections, special occasion cake with coffee/tea service, unlimited sodas, plus choice of linens and many decorations for the lobby, placecard and cake table.

In addition to notable clients like Mayor Bloomberg, Rudolph Giuliani, George Pataki, among many others, the Princess Manor has also been the location and holding area for several movies and tv shows with actors such as Leonardo Di Caprio, Jack Nicholson, Jennifer Aniston and Donny Wahlberg.
We have several separate spaces, making Princess Manor the ideal location for meetings or filming that might need one large symposium, followed by smaller rooms.
